Rivers of the World
Designed by the Thames Festival, the project Rivers of the World links schools and over 2,000 young people around the world through a common theme: their local river. The project enables young people to explore, celebrate and share their local environment, learn about other cultures and engage with global issues. On our website Rivers of the World you can download teaching plans and other resources which offer teachers comprehensive materials for a multi-disciplinary class or school project on the topic.
