J. R. Carpenter, who was born in Canada, writes poems and novels. However, she is not only known for her text-based genres. Her work at the interface of digital and performative literature and media archeology makes her a popular artist. Boundries of room, time and identity are free chosen.
The award winning author will present her work at Heine Haus and will read from her most recent poetry collection An Ocean of Static.
