¿Comment! - a model project exploring innovative ways of literature promotion
Literature can only have an effect on readers when they approach it personally. The ways of understanding and interpreting texts are as diverse as the audiences themselves. This is exactly what the project "¿Comment!" aims to visualise. Four authors from Berlin have chosen four foreign language authors, whose works were commented on by different readers. With four performances, this event is an open-ended search for new formats of literature promotion. It questions the conventional roles of author, presenter and passive audience while only one thing is certain: there is no place for boredom.
