Workshop - Diversity Management in action
This hands-on workshop is aiming to show how to implement and mainstream diversity and equality strategies and policies and make them part of the day-to-day work. Working along a project management cycle (inception, delivery, evaluation and monitoring) tools and checklists are presented and tested.
This workshop is for HR professionals, Diversity/ Equality experts, trainers and all people in organisations and companies that are responsible for diversity and equality.
You can bring along your examples, projects, products, activities as basis for the practical parts of the workshop.
Presentations and checklists will be made available. Workshop will be held in German.

Your workshop fascilitator
Kathrin Tietze is Project Manager at the British Council. Amongst other things she is working on implementing British Council diversity and equality strategies in Germany and across Europe.
She develops training offers and speaks regularly at national and international conferences.
